VISION DIRECTIVES
In response to Jesus Christ's call to be one, MAC focuses its work by seeking to:
BUILD RELATIONSHIPS AMONG MEMBER JUDICATORIES in order to deepen trust and develop an appreciation for each other's traditions, celebrating our unity while embracing our diversity.
WITNESS TO JUSTICE and advocate in the public arena for systemic, economic, environmental and international justice end provide resources for member churches to work for the common good to engage social justice issues in local settings.
ENCOURAGE LOCAL ECUMENICAL PARTNERSHIPS in which members dialogue, worship and join together in service to the gospel within local communities.
NETWORK MEMBER CHURCHES and the broader Montana community for education, mission and service whenever working together can provide more effective ministry than working separately.
BROADEN RELATIONSHIPS with Christian communities beyond MAC and with other faith traditions to invite dialogue and shared action as appropriate in matters of mutual concern.
CALL TO MUTUAL ACCOUNTABILITY member judicatories who have covenanted to provide financial support and leadership to MAC's organizational structure, promoting inclusiveness and shared responsibility in decision-making.
